Hari and Saraswati were lovers separated by caste. Hari was framed for murder and spent 13 years in jail, believing Saraswati betrayed him. Years later, Hari escapes prison during the pandemic to get revenge. He find a broke Saraswati, whose husband needs a costly heart transplant. To ruin her, Hari forces her to drive for a hospital heist, planning to let her take the blame. However, as they flee from a relentless cop, they uncover a massive hospital scam and the real truth about their past.
